On Mondays, we have The Gift of Connection for 30 minutes. In this session, we explore holding our sense of self in the midst of relationship with others and as we engage with our difficulties, our obstacles. Familiarity and skillfulness in holding these connections is essential for successfully and gracefully navigating all that Life brings on the way to expressing our greatest potential.
TUESDAY 8.15 – 8:45 am PDT* – THE GIFT OF CENTERING (Register)
On Tuesdays, I offer The Gift of Centering, a 30-minute session. Here, we work on finding and strengthening your felt-sense of your center, the one point from which all movement and self-ness flows, providing unquestionable, unquenchable support and stability.
WEDNESDAY 12:05 – 12:50 pm PDT* – THE GIFT OF BALANCE (Starting Oct 7th) (Link will follow)
On Wednesdays starting on October 7th, I will begin offering The Gift of Balance, a 45-minute cultivation of a dynamic balance among the oh-so-many parts of our selves, our lives, internal and external, complementary and conflicting. How can all the components of life contribute to the positive expression of your full potential?
THURSDAY 8:15 – 8:45 am PDT* – THE GIFT OF DIRECTION (Register)
Why am I here? What is the purpose of my life?
What do I most want to do with my time? What must I do before I die?
On Thursdays, we have The Gift of Direction, another 30-minute session in which we’ll explore the many faces of your (un)avowed dreams – and the day’s responses to these questions. We’ll flesh out the guiding intentions that embody your dreams and give direction to your steps as you move forward.
FRIDAY 10:05 – 10:50 am PDT* – THE GIFT OF REAL-IZATION (Register)
On Fridays, we’ll go through the 7-step Creative Mind process developed by Stephen Gilligan, PhD. This is the “Making It Real” of The Gifts. This sequence begins with Centering then moves into connecting with and weaving a new balance among your guiding intention, the resources that support you, and the obstacles that get in your way, while building a scaffolding of practice to sustain your progress and momentum.
