Welcome to Hopefullness, my blog about Moving Into Comfort.
I’ve long wanted to share my musings and insights, questions and experiences. I’m a life-long learner with a boat-load of curiosity. I think my greatest interest is in the experience of being human and the way of the human condition. I’m especially interested in cultivating relief from distress, for myself and for others. This blog is vehicle for me to share insights and questions that inspire and excite me. I hope they will inspire and excite you, and that you’ll share about that so maybe we can have a conversation.
As I’ve thought about starting a blog, the part of the scientific method that involves reporting the outcomes of one’s work has come to mind: our greatest achievements mean little if we don’t put them out there for feedback and review and to inspire others. That’s my motivation and aspiration for this blog – to get feedback for the things I’m thinking and to perhaps seed new possibilities.
I believe there really is Hope for all of us, and it’s my mission to share it. It’s all about moving from the heaviness and pain of feeling stuck into the rhythm and flow of life.
This blog is an exploration of the Hopefullness I hold, for myself and for others, and my faith in our capacity for moving into the comfort of wholeness and vitality.
The blog posts that follow will explore my musings and experiences. I hope you will enjoy and benefit from the material.
Thanks for all your support!
